A dry, crisp and food-friendly Chardonnay with notes of pineapple, citrus and a smooth vanilla oak finish. Fresh and well-balanced, showing bright acidity and clean fruit from the cool Sonoma Coast’s Petaluma Gap. Partly fermented and aged in French oak, adding texture and gentle richness without losing freshness.
Ideal with shellfish, chicken, roast pork, or as an aperitif.
