This wine has a core of fresh, juicy red berry fruit that is unrestrained by strong oak influence. The scents of Christmas cake spices, bramble, lavender, and wild thyme are elevated. With a red berry fruit flavour and deeper notes of blackberries and black cherries on the palate, it's lively and intense. On the aftertaste, soft silky tannins, a brilliant structural acidity, and a rocky mineral thread persist.
