Sengialta is black volcanic soil where vines grow amid trees. Laura Rizzotto's bees enhance vineyard biodiversity. Fermented in stainless steel with skin maceration and aged 22 months in old oak barrels, the wine offers a rounded palate with mineral notes and a complex nose of acacia, broom, sage, peaches, and chalk.


 

Laura Rizzotto and her family tend vineyards on a beautiful, south-facing hillside, 50km from Lake Garda. This is Soave Classico land, deep inthe hills of the broader Soave region. The Garganega grape reaches its peak expression on this volcanic terrain. The Rizzottos say no to chemistry and cultivate their vineyards according to the principles oforganic viticulture.
