Upcoming Wine & Roasting Events in Birdhill
We are excited to host 2 events at our roastery in Birdhill on the weekend of March 23rd/24th! We hope to welcome coffee & wine enthusiasts over the weekend to join us for a Roasting Workshop & a Wine Education & Tasting Class!
First up is our Roasting Workshop.
Saturday March 23rd @ 10am
Have a go in the roasters seat and learn all about green coffee beans, how to roast different origins from around the world & how different processes affect the final flavour profile 
Our head roaster Tom will demonstrate the art of coffee roasting and answer any questions you have!

Then Sunday we are hosting a Wine Education & Tasting Class.
Sunday March 24th @ 3pm
Do you have an interest in Wine and want to learn about it?
Join us for a Wine Education & Tasting class with a guest speaker Niamh Quinn from Wines Direct!
If you are interested in expanding your knowledge on wine this is a perfect way to spend your Sunday evening. Niamh will be going through the common questions people have about wine selection & if you have any more questions just DM us before the event!
There is no tickets required or entry fee, just bring a friend, sit back, relax and enjoy amazing wine and great scenery in our roastery in Birdhill!
