A classic combination of Merlot and Cabernet franc gives this wine lots of body with powerful aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant and spices. A young red from Bordeaux, brilliant with meat. Organic production gives this a weighty mouthful of flavours with layers of fleshy ripe blackberries. Give plenty of air, and good room temperatures (19 C) and this wine will open up.
