Temps de Lune ("time of the moon") is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made by the Courselle sisters and harvested and vinified while considering the Biodynamic Lunar Calendar's 'Fruit Days'.
On the nose, soft black fruits (blackberries and blackcurrants) but equally a spicy, lightly roasted side resembling mocha. The sensation in the mouth is fresh, with soft tannins and a hint of mint on the finish.
It is made with minimal intervention, in small concrete vats, without adding sulphur.
