This is an easy-drinking white wine. It is wonderfully rich and zesty with aromas of white flowers and a crisp, crunchy palate with flavours of fresh lemon.
The vines for this wine grow in sandy and clay soil, and the grapes are harvested at peak maturity, then fermented in stainless steel tanks and left on lees for four months.
