Claudio´s father had a farm of coffee planted with a typica variety when he was a child. Claudio always worked with his father and he learned all about coffee production from him. 

In 2010 his father gave him a part of the plot of land asan inheritance to start growing coffee. He always sold his crops as conventional coffee and thisis his first year preparing a micro-lot of specialty coffee!

The cherries were depulped just after picking. The parchment was put into fermentation tanks for 20 hours.Then, it was rinsed with a lot of water, diverted to the washing channel and manually washed. The drying was performed on the patio and lasted for 20 days. 

Claudio’s washed catuai is characterized by lots of chocolaty sweetness, full body, great stability and clear fruity notes in the background. A classic in its purest form.
