This Peruvian coffee comes from La Union area of Copan. Its silky body carries both red apple and dark chocolate fruit flavours for a complex and well balanced cup. Its sweet and chocolatey flavours on a palate are complimented beautifully by a delicate nutty walnuts aroma on the nose. The Cajamarca region holds a lot of potential for quality coffee, with ideal growing conditions and great varieties. With high altitudes and ideal growing conditions the area is truly starting to showcase much of the hidden potential that it holds.
