Grown at 2000 MASL in Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe highlands, this coffee is sourced from 476 smallholder farmers and processed by SNAP. Naturally processed at their advanced station in Gedeb, it highlights the regions clarity and complexity. Founded in 2008 by Ato Sisay in Addis Ababa, SNAP partners with producers to ensure top quality at every stage. With three washing stations across Gedeo and Guji, the company prioritises traceability, sustainability, and flavour excellence. Despite small production, SNAP’s coffees are internationally recognised for their quality. In the cup: juicy peach, strawberry, and caramel–sweet.
